The process is simple. Set up a meeting with a Green Homes designer/builder to discuss your project goals. The designer/builder will ask questions about your vision for your project and will work with you to bring your grand vision to life. The designer/builder will provide you with a site layout of your project and informal plans that will outline your needs and desires in layout form. Once you are satisfied with every last detail, formal plans will be drawn for your approval. The goal of the process is to bring together the natural characteristics of the site and home placement to ensure that your vision is beautifully arranged while providing the most efficient means of access and dock placement with competitive and controlled costs.
